Job summary

MCI Careers is seeking Call Center Representatives to support our 'Get Out the Vote' initiative. In this role, you will make outbound calls for the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election.

The ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and be customer-oriented. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits after 60 days and can earn paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance.

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous manner.
• Document and process customer claims accurately.
