Job summary

MCI is hiring Call Center Representatives to support our 'Get Out the Vote' initiative. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly reliable, and have experience in a customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+).
• Ability to work scheduled shifts within hours of operation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to encourage voter turnout.
• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous manner.
• Accurately document and process customer claims.
• Ensure first-call resolution through effective call handling.
