Job summary

MCI is seeking political call center representatives to support the Republican Get Out The Vote effort. You will make outbound calls nationwide to encourage participation in the 2020 presidential election, with emphasis on reliability and clear communication.

This is an entry-level role with on‑the‑job training; prior contact center experience is helpful but not required. You will join a fast-paced, mission-driven team and must be comfortable discussing politics professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data-entry using a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Reliable wired internet connection (20Mbps+).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ WPM).
• Ability to work regular shifts within operating hours including training period.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments.
