Job summary

MCI is looking for Call Center Representatives to support the "Get out the vote" effort for the upcoming 2020 presidential election. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and reliability, making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer.
• Have a wired, high-speed internet connection.

• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
