Job summary

Convertibles, a CRO and Shopify development agency, offers an apprenticeship with a real job attached. You’ll work directly with Clay and within 90 days start running the weekly cycle on your own accounts, focusing on YouTube and Demand Gen to scale ecommerce campaigns.

The role requires 2–4 years hands-on Google Ads for ecommerce, strong data skills in Google Sheets/Excel, and clear English writing for client updates. Full-time, 40 hours/week with cross-timezone overlap.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on in Google Ads for ecommerce.
• Have run Search, Shopping and PMax with budgets of $20k+/month.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Know Merchant Center disapprovals and fixes.
• Clear written English for client updates.
• Curious, direct, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Shadow for Weeks 1–4: pull data, build workbooks, join every call.
• Weeks 5–8: draft Monday updates and actions for two accounts.
• Weeks 9–12: own the weekly cycle and client check-in calls.
• Manage campaigns: monitor pacing, optimize feeds, build new campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
• Attend client calls and eventually run them.
