Convertibles.Dev is seeking an apprentice for Google Ads in ecommerce. You’ll work directly with Clay and, within 90 days, manage the weekly cycle on live client accounts with guidance and gradual responsibility.

You’ll pull data, update reporting, and draft client updates, while building and optimizing campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You’ll join calls and collaborate with a full team to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on in Google Ads for ecommerce.
• You’ve run Search, Shopping and PMax on real budgets (at least one account > $20k/mo).
• You’ve touched YouTube or Demand Gen and want to go deeper.
• You write clearly in English and will be client-facing by week five.

Responsabilités

• Shadow and learn from Clay in the first weeks; pull data and build workbooks.
• Draft Monday updates and client actions for two accounts; get reviews.
• Own the weekly cycle and check-in calls on your first account by weeks 9–12.
• Contribute to YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns and scaling efforts.
• Collaborate with dev, CRO, QA, and design teams to fix pages or feeds.
