Brick Social seeks an experienced Google Ads specialist to own end-to-end management for a portfolio of ecommerce accounts, including Search, Shopping and PMax. You’ll optimize feeds, sculpt queries, and scale campaigns to meet revenue projections.

You’ll operate in a pod structure with a 20% profit share model, and must align with Mon/Wed/Fri launch windows and daily quick syncs to drive predictable growth.

Qualifications

• Agency-side, multi-account experience managing ecommerce clients.
• Hands-on Google buying across Search, Shopping and PMax for 2+ years.
• Ecomm proof with stores scaled and revenue results.
• Strong tracking literacy including GA4 and attribution stacks.
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and teams.
• Daily/weekly overlapping work hours with US Eastern timezone.

Responsibilities

• Account performance: structure budgets, pacing, and scaling across channels for your portfolio.
• Feed and query intelligence: ensure product feeds, queries, and naming support growth.
• The rhythm: adhere to Mon/Wed/Fri launch windows and daily 15‑min pulse meetings.
