Job summary

Slalom is building Google Cloud-based data platforms and AI-enabled data foundations for clients. You will design, build, and modernize enterprise data platforms on Google Cloud, delivering end-to-end pipelines and governance.

You will work with BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, Looker, and related services to drive scalable analytics and AI initiatives. As a Data Engineer in Slalom’s Google COE, you’ll collaborate with teams to migrate and modernize data

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and data engineering.
• Ability to design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Familiarity with real-time and batch data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and modernize enterprise data platforms on Google Cloud Platform.
• Deliver solutions using BigQuery, Dataplex, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, and Looker.
• Help clients migrate and modernize data estates and enable governed analytics.
• Accelerate AI-ready data foundations for analytics and AI use cases.
