Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, CPA and long-term client growth, while communicating clearly with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution are trustworthy using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
