Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You drive targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice and the decision-maker on campaigns. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding, testing, tracking and attribution to ensure growth and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
