Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS growth, pipeline impact, and long-term client relationships. Remote role with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and communicate the numbers on calls.
