Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist who owns paid media for a portfolio of B2B and fast-growing brands. You will drive targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and craft the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with budget allocation, bidding, testing, and measured scaling.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for your accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship management.
