WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to lead day-to-day campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for multiple clients from our Mexico City office. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, ideally in an agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Ability to explain what changed in an account, why decisions were made, and what the results showed.
• Comfort balancing several accounts and priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for multiple clients.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against each client’s goals and budget.
• Use conversion data, value-based bidding, and enhanced conversions to improve measurement and performance.
• Diagnose performance changes, develop tests, and explain results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, product feeds, landing pages, and measurement.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills and share effective approaches across accounts.
