Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution across client accounts from our Mexico City office. You will stay close to the work, refine campaign structure, bidding, and measurement, and elevate the team’s Google Ads capability.

You will mentor others, collaborate with analytics and creative teams, and drive growth through in-platform optimization and testing. Office-based role in Mexico City, Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients, agency setting ideal.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversions measurement.
• Proven ability to explain decisions and improve client outcomes.
• Experience teaching or mentoring while continuing to manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Ads strategy and manage/optimize Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across several client accounts and align decisions with business goals.
• Advise on value-based bidding, conversions, and measurement gaps; propose improvements.
• Develop tests and provide data-driven recommendations to boost results.
• Coach teammates and promote effective collaboration across accounts.
