Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to steer paid search and shopping programs across multiple client accounts from our New York hub. You’ll work directly in Google Ads daily, turning client goals into campaigns, tests, and measurable results.

You’ll collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, product feeds, landing pages, and measurement, while coaching teammates on practical Google Ads approaches across accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Ability to explain what changed in an account, why you made a decision, and what the results showed.
• Comfort balancing several accounts with accuracy and accountability.
• Clear communication skills and an interest in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for multiple clients.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against each client's business goals and budget.
• Use conversion data, value-based bidding, and enhanced conversions to improve measurement and campaign performance.
• Diagnose performance changes, develop tests, and explain results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, product feeds, landing pages, and measurement.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills and share effective approaches across accounts.
