Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to lead paid search and shopping programs for multiple client accounts in Mexico City. You’ll work directly in Google Ads daily, translating client goals into campaigns, tests, and measurable results.

You'll share your expertise with teammates, coach others, and help strengthen how the team leverages Google’s advertising products across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding, and conversions.
• Ability to explain changes, decisions, and results to clients.
• Comfort balancing multiple accounts with accuracy and accountability.
• Clear communication and an interest in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns toward client goals and budgets.
• Use conversion data and bidding to improve measurement and performance.
• Diagnose changes, develop tests, and explain results to clients and teams.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads and landing pages.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills and share approaches.
