Job description

We are seeking seasonal intake lead staff to work in our Good Shepherd Shelter serving the homeless populations in our communities. The Lead Staff assists in the day-to-day operations of the shelter by providing shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, good decision making & interpersonal skills, along with the ability to respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.

April-November: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays every other Saturday and Sunday, with one on-call weekend per month | 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Tuesdays, Thursdays every other Saturday and Sunday, with one on-call weekend per month | 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Trainings will be held in September and October leading up to the shelter season.
