Job summary

GOLFTEC Midlothian seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationwide team of golf professionals. You will complete the GOLFTEC University training and use TECFIT Club Fitting along with TECSWING software to craft tailored lesson plans that help students improve their game.

You will teach across bays and outdoor settings, uphold the company values, and collaborate with a professional team. A passion for teaching and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University training program
• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training
• Utilize TECFIT Club Fitting and TECSWING to help players improve
• Recommend teaching content to support custom lesson plans
• Provide GOLFTEC services for each student, including coaching and practice
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays
• Maintain training center environment, equipment and technology
• Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center
• Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars)
• Uphold GOLFTEC’s core values: Be Good, Crush Challenges, Relentless Drive, Team First, Enjoy the Journey
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, crouch for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus and PGD program graduates valued
