GOLFTEC Biltmore is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a nationally recognized team focused on helping players play better golf. You will complete GOLFTEC University training and use sophisticated technology, including Optimotion and TECSWING, to deliver personalized instruction.

The role emphasizes coaching excellence, team collaboration, and client service, with a base hourly rate, monthly commissions, and performance bonuses. A signing bonus of $1,000 is offered after GTU graduation.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Utilize Optimotion and TECSWING technology to deliver data-driven coaching.
• Create and adapt lesson plans for players of varying skill levels.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting and various on-course and short game lessons.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment, and support operations.
