GOLFTEC San Jose is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a leading golf-instruction network. Trainees join GTU, learn from top instructors, and advance with cutting-edge technology to customize lesson plans for varied skill levels. The role combines indoor and outdoor coaching with a strong team ethos and ongoing education.

The position includes a signing bonus, base hourly pay, monthly commissions, and performance-based rewards, with total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus; GTU training provided.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete training.
• Use cutting-edge tech to help players improve their game.
• Create custom lesson plans based on student needs.
• Provide TECFIT fitting and golf lessons, indoor and outdoor.
• Deliver high-quality experiences for students in bays and beyond.
• Leverage Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain center equipment and technology reliability.
• Perform daily opening and closing of the Training Center.
• Engage in ongoing education and skill development.
