GolfTEC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach at the Carle Place location. You will join a community of golf professionals and participate in GTU training to develop your coaching skills using industry-leading technology for data-driven feedback.

Responsibilities include conducting lessons, fitting, and creating personalized lesson content while maintaining training center operations and upholding GolfTEC values. Several benefits and a structured schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help students play better golf with data feedback.
• Recommend teaching content to support lesson plans for varied skill levels.
• Provide services including TECFIT Club Fitting and outdoor/short game lessons.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Operate and maintain GOLFTEC’s technology and Training Center equipment.
• Open/close the Training Center daily and participate in ongoing education.
