Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in the United States is hiring a Studio Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf lessons, organize clinics, and build lasting client relationships. You will focus on achieving KPIs while growing your business and maintaining a full teaching schedule.

You will teach using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and Microsoft Office, and ensure the STUDIO area and equipment meet premium standards. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladder, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs such as lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and MS Office.
• Grow the business by attracting new clients and maintaining a full schedule.
• Organize and execute clinics and events to promote community engagement.
• Develop tailored lesson plans addressing each player’s needs and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust training methods as needed.
• Maintain STUDIO area, equipment, and merchandise standards.
