Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a dedicated STUDIO Golf Instructor in Georgia to deliver high-quality golf lessons, organize clinics, and grow the student base. You will track progress, build custom lesson plans, and maintain strong customer relationships using TrackMan and Putt Lab technology.

You will engage customers, meet KPIs for lessons, bookings, and clinic participation, and help maintain a premier studio environment with strong product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with TrackMan, SAM Putt Lab, and club building preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Responsible for achieving KPIs, including lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide Customers with golf lessons using technology including TrackMan, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactively grow your business by attracting new clients and keeping your schedule fully booked.
• Organize and execute clinics and events to foster community engagement and skill development.
• Develop custom lesson plans tailored to address each player’s needs and goals.
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
