The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, partnerships with regional managers, and a focus on growth, training, and exceptional service in a golf retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail management or golf industry experience.
• Working knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS system.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and Internet tools.
• Ability to read, analyze and present business reports.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and drive sales growth.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Develop employee schedules and manage facilities.
• Recruit and coach team members for performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle escalations.
• Coordinate with regional management and HR on issues.
• Monitor shrink, expenses and stock levels.
• Provide knowledge of golf products to customers.
