• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of a wide range of events including national, sports, and entertainment-based high-touch executive events.
• Interact with clients day-to-day and on-site during event execution.
• Continually improve the end-to-end client experience with high quality and consistency across the event life cycle.
• Support pre-planning, project management, and implementation for events including vendor vetting and activation plans.
• Create and adhere to workback schedules, staff guides, and event run of shows to provide timely account support.
• On-site event logistics management including registration, venue setup, guest operations, and travel coordination.
