Job summary

Worldwide Golf is a major golf retailer with a network of stores and online presence. The Sales Associate at Golf & Ski Warehouse supports a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, promoting products and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers select golf and ski gear, using knowledge of equipment and in-store demos. Flexibility for weekend hours is required, and you’ll participate in ongoing product training to enhance sales and product

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge or ski knowledge preferred
• Avid golf or ski enthusiasts preferred; industry experience not required
• Customer service-oriented and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf and ski products, promotions, and sales ads
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate golf and ski equipment
• Educate customers and compare product options to aid decisions
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide in-store data
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Research merchandise availability and assist with stock checks
• Suggest process improvements once trained
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
