Job summary

Golf & Ski Warehouse, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring a Sales Associate to promote a store culture aligned with the company values. You will build product knowledge, evaluate customer needs, and educate customers on golf and ski equipment while utilizing golf simulators to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, stock management, and staying updated on promotions. Flexible hours and weekend shifts may apply.

• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database and coordinate stock from the stockroom.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf and ski product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf and ski equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf and ski equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf and ski products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications Desired:Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for avid golf or ski enthusiasts, industry experience is NOT required.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
