Job summary

Golf & Ski Warehouse, part of the Worldwide Golf family, is seeking a Sales Associate to promote a welcoming store culture and help customers select the right golf and ski gear. You will learn product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a positive in-store experience using available demo equipment.

We welcome avid golf or ski enthusiasts and offer flexible scheduling, base pay plus commission, and opportunities for employee discounts and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf or ski retail is a plus but not required.
• Able to learn product features and benefits and recommend gear.
• Comfort using basic computer and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate golf and ski equipment.
• Educate customers and compare product differences to aid decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves and inventory checks as needed.
