Job summary

Worldwide Golf’s Golf & Ski Warehouse unit seeks a Sales Associate to promote a customer-first culture while delivering expert product guidance and hands-on demonstrations.

You will help customers compare golf and ski products, operate launch monitors, and ensure the floor is well merchandised and organized. Training is provided, and part-time roles include 401(k) matching plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about golf and ski products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend golf/ski equipment.
• Educate customers on product differences to aid decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Research merchandise availability and notify stockroom for orders.
• Suggest process improvements after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf and ski product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf and ski equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf and ski equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf and ski products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications Desired:Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for avid golf or ski enthusiasts, industry experience is NOT required.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
