Job summary

Golf & Ski Warehouse, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring a Sales Associate to promote a store culture aligned with the company values. You will build product knowledge, evaluate customer needs, and educate customers on golf and ski equipment while utilizing golf simulators to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, stock management, and staying updated on promotions. Flexible hours and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge or ski knowledge preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of golf and ski product knowledge, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale ads.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend suitable golf and ski equipment.
• Educate customers on products and help them compare differences for an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database and coordinate stock from the stockroom.
