Job summary

The Indoor Golf Shop in Celina, TX is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Development Specialist to be a key in-office contact for customers. You will explain golf simulator products, assist with setup, answer questions, and guide customers toward the Sales team as needed.

You will grow with the company, with opportunities to move into a sales-focused role as you build product knowledge and customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site in Celina, TX.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Able to learn new products quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with computers and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers understand golf simulators, launch monitors, accessories, and other products.
• Assist with product selection and basic setup questions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and determine when to escalate.
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure questions are resolved.
• Learn products, features, pricing, and applications.
• Connect qualified customers with Sales; support follow-up and product information.
• Build positive relationships and document customer interactions accurately.
• Work with Customer Support, Sales, and other departments to resolve needs.
