Job summary

The Indoor Golf Shop is seeking a Golf Simulator Installation Specialist to build premium golf environments across the country. You will install and assemble golf simulator components, turf, screens, AV equipment, and more, traveling to diverse spaces including homes and commercial facilities.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of following project plans. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 85% are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, installation, carpentry, flooring, handyman work, or a related field.
• Experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow project plans, measurements, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in customers’ homes and commercial environments.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site golf simulator installations from start to finish.
• Install and assemble: golf simulator screens and enclosures, turf and subfloor systems, wall and ceiling protection, TVs/monitors/cameras and other AV equipment, simulator components and accessories.
• Read and follow project plans, measurements and installation instructions.
• Collaborate with the Installation Project Manager to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide practical solutions in the field.
• Maintain high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with customers in homes or businesses.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
• Travel throughout the U.S. to complete installations — approx. 85% travel.
