Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality POS system application, hardware, and software.
• Experience in multi-faceted golf or sales operations.
• Cash handling experience, preferably at the management level.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, planning, and directing work of associates.
• Manage department members including Golf Operations staff and Cart Staff.
• Review business levels and assign priorities as needed.
• Relay information to key staff as required.
• Provide effective orientation and ongoing training for new associates.

Skills

Key Responsibilities of the Shift Lead

• Assist with training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; address complaints and resolve problems
• Assist in the management of department members that may include, but are not limited to: Golf Operations staff, Cart Staff, and Building Maintenance
• Review current day's business levels in all operations and assign priorities as needed
• Relay pertinent information to key staff including Executive Chef, Beverage Manager, Dining Manager, Executive Offices, Concierge, and Membership Office as needed
• Assure that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate; assist in developing ongoing training programs

Shift Lead Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality POS system application, hardware, and software
• Experience in multi-faceted golf or sales operations
• Cash handling experience, preferably at the management level
