Job summary

Briardale Greens GC in Euclid, OH seeks a friendly Golf Shop Attendant to assist guests, process reservations, and support the golf professional staff with shop operations and sales.

You will handle check-ins, display inventory, collect fees in the POS, issue receipts, and help with daily cash reconciliations. This role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and an interest in golf.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at closing of day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
