Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with merchandise selection, maintain a clean, organized shop, and deliver genuine hospitality. You will greet guests promptly, ask open-ended questions, present options, and build sales while supporting in-store events.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling check-ins, inventory tasks, and cross-training across shops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and a minimum of six months related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and connect with them.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine needs.
• Show options based on needs and build the sale by suggesting complementary items.
• Assist golf staff in checking in golfers when needed.
• Proficient in the use of the POS system and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Participate in merchandising, inventory, and cross-training across shops.
• Support in hosting Member Appreciation events and other sales initiatives.
