Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of entering the shop and connect with them.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine needs.
• Show options based on gathered information that meet their needs.
• Build the sale by suggesting complementary items.
• Assist golf staff in checking in golfers when needed.
• Proficient in the POS system and operate it accurately.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment.
• Participate in inventories and merchandising standards.
• Cross-train in all retail shops and participate in events.
