Worldwide Golf Shops LLC is seeking an Apparel Manager in Santa Ana, CA to promote a strong store culture aligned with our values and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

You will manage visual merchandising, product knowledge, and stock flow while leading markdowns, signage, and displays. A background in apparel and golf is preferred, with a focus on excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail/apparel or golf industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of apparel industry and fashion trends in golf preferred.
• Golf background/knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values, including customer service excellence.
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising programs and displays, floor moves, and product presentation.
• Manage product flow to sales floor and lead markdown/clearance activities per guidelines.
• Lead signage and merchandising standards across the department.
• Ensure compliance with policies through meetings, audits, and training.
• Research merchandise availability and coordinate stock from stockroom.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and inventory documentation.
• Identify process improvements after training.
