• 2+ years of experience in golf retail, merchandising, country club retail, specialty retail, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of golf apparel, accessories, equipment, and current golf and lifestyle trends.
• Experience with merchandise buying, inventory management, and retail operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to Club members and their guests.
• Develop strong relationships with members and understand their preferences, sizes, brands, and purchasing habits.
• Assist members with product selection, special orders, and personalized merchandise requests.
• Anticipate member needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Oversee merchandise planning, purchasing, inventory management, and daily Golf Shop operations.
