Job summary

Naperville Park District is seeking a Golf Shop Sales Associate to assist customers, handle reservations, and help drive merchandise sales in the golf shop. You will provide friendly, informed service and promote District offerings while maintaining a welcoming clubhouse environment.

Responsibilities include taking calls and in-person inquiries, processing payments, and supporting other staff with special duties as needed. Must be at least 16 and able to lift up to 30 lbs daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle phone and in-person inquiries.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, process payments, and reserve tee times.
• Promote park district services and merchandise.
