Job summary

Naperville Park District is seeking a Player Assistant to support day-to-day outside operations at our golf course and practice facility in Plainfield, IL. Under supervision, you will help manage group starting times, payments, and patron safety, while upholding district service standards and assisting staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within two months. Regular on-site work with flexible hours is expected.

• Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record group starting times; ensure safety of patrons and record cart numbers as applicable.
• Verify payment of appropriate fees.
• Inform groups of policies and facility rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of water coolers, restrooms, and the course.
• Demonstrate and support district customer service standards.
• Assist related staff with duties assigned by the Assistant Golf Professional.
