Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests.

• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Assist in cash reconciliation and daily close.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job description

Ibis Landing Golf Club, located in Lehigh Acres, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities:

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained
• Issues receipts for guest purchases
• Takes messages for staff or guests
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Must have a friendly and positive personality

• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
