Ibis Landing, located in Lehigh Acres, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper I. We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations.

As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties based on experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Pay Range:

Starting at $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
