Job summary

Blue Cypress Golf Course in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant to help guests and members with reservations, check-in, and friendly service while growing golf operations knowledge.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, assisting in display and inventory, collecting fees through the POS, and supporting staff during busy periods. This role offers healthcare and retirement benefits and is part of Troon’s global golf and hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained
• Issues receipts for guest purchases
• Takes messages for staff or guests
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Blue Cypress Golf Course, located in Jacksonville, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing togrow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Must have a friendly and positive personality

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must have basic computer skills

Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic

Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Position Responsibilities:
