The Club at Savannah Harbor, part of Troon, invites applications for a full-time Golf Shop Attendant in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on friendly guest service, assisting the golf professional staff, and supporting shop operations and merchandise sales.

As a Troon associate, you will contribute to a welcoming guest experience and help manage golf shop activities, reservations, and transactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process.
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects green fees, cart fees, and other revenue from guests and processes them in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at the close of day.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

The Club at Savannah Harbor, located in Savannah, GA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour.

Summary:

The Golf Shop Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process.
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collects green fees, cart fees, and other revenue from guests and processes them in the POS system as trained.

Knowledge/Skill:
