Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, California is seeking a Golf Services Attendant to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operation of the golf facilities. You will interact with golfers of all skill levels and assist with equipment handling and round preparations.

Your role includes greeting members, aiding during rounds, coordinating with the valet team, stocking carts, cleaning clubs, and supporting the Golf Shop as needed. A positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet members upon arrival and departure on the range.
• Assist with service during rounds and promptly respond to member requests.
• Collaborate with the valet team and assist as needed.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttles, carts, and clubs before/after rounds.
• Count clubs before storage or return to valet area.
• Set up and breakdown range equipment, amenities, and activities daily.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate when requested.
• Track daily golf activity and participate in inventory counts.
• Opportunity to provide caddie services if qualified.
• Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary.
