Job summary

The Villages Golf and Country Club seeks an Outside Services Attendant to support daily golf operations with member and guest service in our outdoor areas. You will assist with staging and maintaining golf carts, manage the driving range, and keep areas clean and welcoming.

This part-time, nonexempt role requires a high school diploma and fluent English, and a valid California driver’s license. You’ll work a variable schedule with opportunities to assist in events and tournaments while upholding

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Previous experience in golf operations or guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests professionally upon arrival.
Respond promptly to member and guest requests and needs.
Be knowledgeable about club events, course conditions, and maintenance schedules.
Stage, clean, and store golf carts; push/electric carts safely.
Set up, maintain, and close the driving range daily; restock balls and clean equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas (cart barn, bag room, staging areas).
Support golf tournaments and special events as directed.
Promote teamwork and assist colleagues in other areas of golf operations.
Follow workplace safety practices to maintain a safe environment.
