Job summary

Twice in Vista, CA is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations by loading bags, prepping carts, and providing exceptional member and guest service. You will interact with guests, promote course information, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and teamwork with range attendants, marshals, and staff to ensure smooth rounds and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Attendance and flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Provide post-round support including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and report issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage areas, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure efficient service.
• Complete daily assignments while keeping the Golf Shop stocked.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism with members and staff.
• Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain certifications as needed.
• Attend daily briefings and required activities.
