Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support the golf operations team with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas. The role emphasizes exceptional member and guest service and club-ready carts for daily play.

The candidate will help load/unload clubs, assist with etiquette guidance, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable golfing experience while upholding safety and quality standards across all outdoor spaces involved in club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members and guests.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area and ensure carts are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure seamless service throughout the day.
• Complete daily tasks in designated areas and keep the Golf Shop stocked.
