Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations and deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized to ensure a seamless experience for golfers.

The role emphasizes loading gear, cart staging, etiquette guidance, and teamwork with range attendants and marshals. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a guest-facing role or knowledge of golf preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags and prepare gear for play.
• Answer questions and share golf etiquette.
• Marshal and manage golf cart assignments.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas, and practice spaces.
• Set up practice areas with range balls.
• Coordinate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Keep Golf Shop stocked and clean.
