Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club. This role supports the golf operations team with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

The attendant helps marshal carts, maintains the cart barn, and assists with setting up practice areas and daily duties. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions and offer golf etiquette suggestions.
• Promote club events and course information to enhance the experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain cart barn and storage areas, keep facilities neat and safe.
• Set up and stock practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards.
